About The Registrar’s Office

Welcome to the American University of Nigeria Registrar’s Home Page. The Registrar’s Office is located in the Arts and Sciences building room AS 201. The Office of the Registrar maintains student records and also oversees registration of courses, handles issuing of transcripts, audits degree requirements, and administers academic policies. The office is a resource for faculty and students in respect of course enrollment, grading and exams.

Getting Transcripts

All students are entitled to two (2) transcripts without charge. Additional transcripts may be requested with a processing fee of ₦ 2000 (Two thousand Naira) per additional copy paid to the Finance office. Please bring your receipt of payment when requesting more than two transcripts.
